Peeler cartridge

The 2-component coaxial cartridge can be processed in a single-component standard gun (silicone gun) by means of a patented cutting plunger. The cutting plunger in the cartridge is fixed behind the two pistons with a clip. During extrusion the gun push-plate pushes the cutting plunger and the A and B pistons which are behind it in axial direction. As it does so, the cutting plunger divides the B tube, which has been emptied by the B piston, into two halves. The two halves of the B tube are guided by the two semi-circular openings of the cutting plunger on the inner wall of the A tube so that the extrusion process is not affected at any time and there is no increase in the extrusion pressure.
